Experience & Practice Area.
Thom (“Tom”) is now of counsel to the firm after being one of the principal shareholders for twenty years. Tom divides his time
between the Snohomish office and a home office in Montana. Tom serves clients on both sides of the Cascades.
Tom’s practice focuses on all areas of municipal law, including land use, open public meetings, public records,
and tort and litigation defense. Tom also represents private clients in real estate and commercial matters. Tom currently
serves as City Attorney for the cities of Leavenworth and Granite Falls, Attorney for Eastmont Parks and Recreation District , and as special counsel for other business and government agencies as needed. He also has done work for numerous other cities and special purpose districts in Washington.
